Joy Manné has been accompanying people in their personal and spiritual development since 1985. She teaches and gives individual sessions in Breathwork (including Rebirthing Breathwork), Voice Dialogue (which she introduced to Switzerland and Poland ), Family Constellations and Energy Awareness.
Joy's great Joy is to teach people the skills they need to create good, deep, meaningful, long-lasting relationships. Enjoying a good relationship herself, she teaches relationship skills with the authority that comes from experience.
Joy has been practising Vipassana meditation since 1965. Her life and work are profoundly influenced by the Buddhist practices of awareness and not-harming.
Joy has a degree in Psychology and a PhD in Buddhist Psychology.
Soul Therapy concerns the relationship between ego and Soul, and the importance of the Soul Quest in everyone's life. It has been translated into Polish, Spanish, German and French.
Conscious Breathing: How Shamanic Breathwork Can Transform Your Life explains various breathing methods, including Rebirthing Breathwork, Holotropic Breathwork and Vipassana meditation and sets them in a shamanic context. It is illustrated by many case histories, including that of the Buddha himself! It is currently being translated into Polish and will come out in French in 2006.
Les Constellations Familiales: Intégrer la sagesse des constellations familiales dans sa vie quotidienne has been described in its enthusiastic introduction by Bert Hellinger as serving “ as a long awaited introduction to the issues that were brought to light by family constellations.”
Books on Voice Dialogue and Buddhist Psychology are due out in French in 2006.

Joy is a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She writes and paints and knits Blessing Blankets for the new little ones that come into her life. Her veranda is a real English garden.
